Caitlyn Petros serves as the Director of Inside Sales at The Agency Cleveland Northcoast, where she brings a proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing Inside Sales teams. Having successfully launched and managed ISA departments for two previous real estate organizations, Caitlyn is excited to lead her third team and leverage her experience to help drive the brokerage’s continued growth and success.
A Canton, Ohio native, Caitlyn attended GlenOak High School before earning her real estate education through Hondros College. Before entering the real estate industry, she built a successful career in the restaurant business, where she worked as a server, bartender, and lead trainer. That experience sharpened her communication skills, taught her how to lead and mentor others, and instilled the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Caitlyn’s passion for real estate began on the Inside Sales side of the business, where she discovered a genuine love for connecting with people and creating opportunities for both clients and agents. She started her career as an Inside Sales Agent before advancing into leadership, where she found her calling in developing teams, refining systems, and helping others succeed.
Interestingly, real estate wasn’t always part of Caitlyn’s plan. It was a conversation with one of her favorite customers—who told her she would be a natural in the industry—that inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. That encouragement ultimately led her to a profession where her passion for relationship-building and leadership could flourish.
Today, Caitlyn is dedicated to elevating The Agency Cleveland Northcoast’s Inside Sales division through strategic leadership, mentorship, and a relentless focus on creating opportunities that help agents and clients achieve their goals.
