Elizabeth Hyburg’s passion for real estate began while completing her studies at The Ohio State University, where she gained early hands-on experience managing Airbnbs and staging homes for sale. She built on this foundation by supporting the launch of coworking spaces across Columbus, Ohio, and assisting with her family’s real estate portfolio—giving her a unique perspective on property operations, presentation, and investment strategy.
Liz became a licensed agent in March 2020 and has since earned the President’s Merit $1 Million Dollar Award. Known for her education-driven approach and genuine understanding of clients’ needs, she empowers buyers and sellers to make confident, informed real estate decisions while guiding them through both the emotional and strategic aspects of each transaction.
