In addition to her professional success, Joanne has been deeply involved in the real estate community. She has served at the local, state, and national levels with REALTOR® associations, holding leadership positions such as 2013 President of the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS and 2025 Ohio REALTORS® Treasurer. Joanne has also been a member of the Ohio REALTORS® NAR Board of Directors and chaired key committees, including the National Association of REALTORS® Research Committee and Ohio REALTORS® RPAC Fundraising Committee.
Joanne is equally passionate about giving back to her local community. She has served as President of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce for three terms and remains an Executive Committee Advisor. She also dedicates her time as President of the Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, Vice Chair of the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival, and as a Board member of the Bentleyville Road Women’s Club.
