Teri Kernicki’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by her mother’s boutique brokerage in Central Florida. Growing up surrounded by orange groves and real estate conversations, she planted “For Sale” signs and held open houses alongside her mom, witnessing firsthand the importance of exceptional client service.
After earning her real estate license out of college, Teri took a detour into television news, where she produced nightly broadcasts and covered historic events like Presidential Inaugurations and the Royal Tour of South Florida. The fast-paced, collaborative environment taught her to think creatively and deliver beyond expectations-a philosophy she brings to her real estate career today.
Licensed in both Ohio and Florida, Teri has nearly 100 transactions to her name, specializing in golf course communities and relocations. Having lived in cities like Chicago, Miami, and Palm Beach with her husband, Michael, a PGA Golf Pro, Teri understands the complexities of moving and helps clients navigate the process with ease. Her expertise and dedication consistently exceed client expectations.
Now settled in Cleveland, Teri and her family actively support Walsh Jesuit High School, local parishes, and the Evans Scholarship Foundation, which provides college scholarships to young caddies. At The Agency, Teri combines her rich background, client-first mindset, and bold strategies to redefine real estate in Northeast Ohio.
