Tina brings a powerhouse combination of client service excellence, sharp attention to detail, and deep corporate real estate knowledge to her clients. She launched her career in the hospitality industry, mastering the art of relationship-building and client-first service, before transitioning into the legal field to sharpen her organizational and communication skills.
For 20 years, Tina served as a Legal Administrator for a global private equity real estate investment firm, supporting institutional investors. In this role, she worked behind the scenes on high-stakes operations—managing complex investment transactions, contract preparation, due diligence, and contract negotiations. Inspired by her stepdaughter’s passion for residential real estate, Tina decided to take her extensive background out from behind the corporate scenes to work directly with people, helping them achieve their personal homeownership and investment goals face-to-face.
Originally from Southern California and South Florida, Tina earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from Watterson College in Pasadena and has called Ohio home since 2001.
