Before transitioning into real estate, Tracy spent over a decade in banking with Fifth Third Bank, where she held leadership roles as a Branch Manager and Regional Risk Manager. She later earned a master’s degree in Education and taught middle school. All of these experiences have sharpened her financial acumen, communication skills, attention to detail, and steady, solutions-oriented mindset.
Tracy is also licensed in Florida. She holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certifications and has successfully closed more than 300 transactions, totaling over $101 million in sales.
