Travis Kauffman brings a people-first mindset and a strong work ethic to his real estate career, proudly serving clients across Ohio. A lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, Travis grew up in Akron and Norton and graduated from Norton High School. His deep roots in the area, paired with a strong local network, allow him to provide clients with trusted resources, from contractors to community insights, ensuring every step of the process is seamless and well-supported.
Before transitioning into real estate, Travis built his career in the trades and later spent the past decade in the health and wellness industry. As the owner of a health and wellness center, he has dedicated his adult life to helping people improve and invest in themselves. That foundation translates naturally into real estate. His background in the trades gives him a practical understanding of homes, landscaping, and property structure, while his experience as a trainer has sharpened his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Building trust, listening closely, and understanding each client’s unique goals are at the core of how he does business.
Travis was inspired to pursue real estate after training several agents who encouraged him to take the leap and get licensed. Today, he channels the same passion he uses to guide clients toward better health into helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. He loves the process of house hunting, diving into the details, and matching buyers with the perfect place to call home. For sellers, there’s nothing more rewarding than securing the best possible value for their property.
Outside of real estate and fitness, Travis remains committed to giving back to his community. He donates annually to Access in Akron, a nonprofit organization focused on providing housing and support for women and children experiencing homelessness.
For Travis, real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about connection, guidance, and helping people move confidently into their next chapter.
