It was an absolute pleasure working with Gary and Garrett on our most recent transactions. This was our second time purchasing and our first time selling with them and the process was excellent. When we made the decision to begin looking for a new home and potentially selling our existing there was no doubt who we planned to work with. As part of our transaction with them we sold our existing house and were able to get well over asking and had multiple offers within 3 days of it being on the market.
